Decision fatigue is one of the biggest reasons why people are clicking off of your store.


People see products every day, they’re staring at screens for a living, it could be that something in their lives caught their attention right before they reach your checkout page.

We have to give time for people to recover from the decision fatigue, they’re seeing products all day, trying to decide what to buy, they get tired.


When you give people time to recover, their brain juices are replenished, they are able to make better and clearer decisions.


We just have to remind them later on, and the way we do it is by sending an email that says, 


“Hey Steve, you left an item in your cart, do you still want to proceed with your purchase?”

It’s only a matter of time before they revisit your site to purchase.


So a little nudge can go a long way.


Sometimes you have to send 10 emails reminders minimum before they finally initiate checkout


But one email reminder could make a 2.4k difference in your sales.
